As a lifelong resident of the Western suburbs of Aurora and Naperville, I help clients plant roots and thrive in communities that truly fit their lives. My approach is simple: listen first, clarify what matters most to you, and guide you with calm, honest advice—never pressure.

Before real estate, I worked in restaurant service, personal assistance, and home health care. Those roles taught me how to stay organized under pressure, anticipate needs, and support people through big life transitions. That experience shapes how I work today: steady, prepared, and detail-focused.

What this looks like: once we’re under contract, I’m tracking the milestones that most often cause delays—appraisal timing, underwriting conditions, required documents, and anything that could affect the closing date. If something needs attention, we handle it early, not a week before closing.

Before we submit, I review comparable sales with you and speak with the listing agent to understand what the seller values most, so we can position your offer strategically—especially in competitive situations.

After acceptance, everything overlaps: inspection, attorney review, loan approval, appraisal, title work, and deadlines. I coordinate communication between parties and keep you informed in plain English.
